  • If the package price changed due to problems charging the card, we would not be able to honor the previous rates as we are only able to match against current rates as we work with live airfare and hotel allotment. 
• If a change is made to the hotel and airfare reservation, the price match will be forfeited.

• If a change is made to the hotel or airfare portion of your reservation, the price match will be forfeited.

  • Same conditions with regards to purchasing, cancellation, payment, booking modifications, etc.
  • Same flights and class of service
  • Same number of guests

  • For package bookings, must include airport transfers
  • Same currency
• The lower rate must be published online and must be available to the public.
• If a lower price is found on our site, it is already being price matched with a discount so no other discount will apply.
• Not valid on contracted group bookings or weddings
• All matches are subject to availability

• Rates reserved at Secrets Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Now Resorts & Spas, and Sunscape Resorts & Spas that do not permit any changes, modifications or cancellations.
• Reservations made through travel sites with discounts/promotional codes.
• Rates that are not published, such as corporate rates, group rates, business meeting or conference rates, etc., which include discounts.
• Rates that are not published online, such as those offered by conventional travel agencies.
• Rates with prepayment vouchers.
• Prices cannot be combined with any additional promotional codes, offers, group rates, promotions or special discounts from the Inclusive Loyalty program.
